Information retrieval
When the insurer has no connectivity service, it goes into their website and brings it back.
Recorded demo

This is what happens inside the system when you ask for something. Step by step, with example data.
Web, fetch me that policy PDF from the insurer’s site
Querying your book…
- Logs in to the insurer’s site on its own
- Extracts the document or figure you asked for
- Updates PV or sends the report to the client
- Allianz1.28403:12
- Mapfre9603:40
- AXA1204:05
- Reale61104:21
It logs in, finds the document and drops it on the record. Without you opening a single portal.
What it does exactly
Web, fetch me that policy PDF from the insurer’s site
Not every insurer offers connectivity for everything. When it is missing, the Web agent logs in to the insurer’s site with your credentials, identifies itself, finds what you need and extracts it. Then it updates PV with the data or sends the report to the client. No more going insurer by insurer to check things.

How it does it
- 01
It understands what you ask
It reads the request in your own language and works out which data it needs and where in the system to go.
- 02
It queries with your permissions
It enters your database as one more user, with the same limits, and leaves an audit trail of every query.
- 03
It acts and records
The work happens inside PV: it creates, writes, quotes or downloads. Everything is logged on the right record.
- 04
It calls you when needed
If something falls outside the rules you set, it stops and asks before going any further.
